Stories from Sage House Outreach: Providing Dementia Support throughout our Community

Sage House runs Outreach sessions in communities across West Sussex, with an aim to support as many people living with dementia as possible. We currently run sessions in Southbourne, The Witterings, Rustington, Yapton, Parklands and Felpham. Click here to learn more.

People with dementia, their carers and loved ones are all welcome to drop in, take part in a variety of activities, chat to people in a similar situation and receive expert advice from a Wayfinder.
