Ten teams attended from Hampshire and Sussex for the first Dementia Support Golf Day to take place on the beautiful Downs course at Goodwood. We fought through the grey skies and had an incredible time raising vital funds to support people to live well with dementia.
Congratulations to the winning team: Richard Davis, Andy Davis, Pete Brooks and Leroy Whale
In 2nd place was: Iain Dodson, David Leah, Mike Thompson and Brian Wiseman
Well Done to all the winners of our competitions throughout the day! Daniel Bull won our 'Beat James Braid' competition; David Pusey won the 'Flop Shot' Challenge; Colin Piper won Best Player and the 'Nearest the Pin' competition; and Darren Cooper took home the trophy for Longest Drive.
Dementia Support would like to say a huge thank you to Goodwood for hosting our Golf Day, and to everyone who attended and supported such a worthy cause.
